We help you achieve a plug-and-stream workflow, so your media team isn’t overwhelmed by complex tech. We start by assessing your current media infrastructure, identifying what can be reused, and highlighting the essential upgrades required to meet your streaming goals. We then design and install a streaming flow that includes:

1. Camera feeds

2. Audio from your sound system

3. Visuals from your projection software

4. Real-time internet routing

5. Output to your auditorium screens

6. Streaming to platforms like Facebook, YouTube, etc.

 

We guide you from existing setup to full implementation, either by:

1. Recommending affordable & compatible equipment you can buy yourself

2. Or helping you procure and install high-quality, budget-friendly options

 

What This Setup Includes (Base Price):

1. Pre-installation consultation (virtual or onsite in Lagos)

2. Onsite inspection (within Lagos)

3. Setup of a 2-camera streaming system (existing or new cameras)

4. Audio routing from existing sound mixer

5. Visual integration from presentation software (e.g., EasyWorship, ProPresenter)

6. Configuration of one streaming PC (OBS or vMix setup)

7. Streaming configuration for 2 platforms (e.g., Facebook + YouTube)

8. Pastor’s feedback screen setup (if supported)

9. Auditorium screen display configuration (for visual output)

10. Full network & router setup for optimal streaming

11. Test stream run and adjustments

12. Basic team training (operations + basic troubleshooting)

 

Add-Ons Available:

1. Extra Camera Integration (₦25,000/Camera) - Add and configure extra cameras

2. Custom Lower Thirds + Overlays (₦10,000) - Branded templates and live overlays

3. Additional Platform Setup (₦5,000 each) - Add Mixlr, Instagram, Telegram stream support

4. Fiber Internet Provision (If Required) - Third-party cost (upon request)

 

Important Notes:

1. Internet Setup is Core. We configure your router/network for streaming. We also run a connectivity test and recommend upgrades where needed.

2. Provision of stable power & backup to protect sensitive equipment during setup is crucial.

3. Equipment not already available will be recommended or procured based on your preference and budget.

4. Locations outside Lagos attract additional transport & logistics fees.

5. Clients can choose to purchase equipment independently or let us handle procurement.
